This site is not trustworthy. I purchased lingerie on October 2, and by October 23, I was inquiring about my order via email. They asked for my phone number, claiming it was necessary to locate my order. After I provided it, I was informed that an investigation was ongoing, with results expected by November 23. I found this approach unacceptable and chose to cancel my order, requesting a refund. Instead of a refund, they offered a voucher for future purchases, which I did not want. When I insisted on a refund, they requested my bank account number, which confused me since they could have refunded my original payment method. I complied, but their response stated their bank claimed the account didn't exist. Now, it is December 17, and I still have not received my refund. I strongly advise against making any purchases from this site.

When I pressed for a refund, they requested my bank account number, which confused me since they could have refunded my original payment method. Nevertheless, I sent the account number as they asked. In response, I was told their bank claimed the account didn’t exist. As of December 17, I still have not received my refund. I caution everyone to avoid making purchases from this site.
I ordered 3 items, all marked as in stock and ready to ship within 48 hours. After a week with no shipment, I contacted customer service via email and was told the processing time is actually 5 business days. Another week passed, and I emailed again with no reply. After 3 weeks, I received a response indicating an investigation would be initiated "as soon as possible". A week later, I finally got meaningful communication, learning I had "mistakenly ordered an item that was not in stock". Ultimately, I received 2 out of 3 items after over a month of waiting. Terrible customer service.
