I ordered 3 items, all marked as in stock and ready to ship within 48 hours. After a week with no shipment, I contacted customer service via email and was told the processing time is actually 5 business days. Another week passed, and I emailed again with no reply. After 3 weeks, I received a response indicating an investigation would be initiated "as soon as possible". A week later, I finally got meaningful communication, learning I had "mistakenly ordered an item that was not in stock". Ultimately, I received 2 out of 3 items after over a month of waiting. Terrible customer service.
