I received the dress as a gift through the website, the dress fits awful ( small in shoulders, big in waist and hips)and I know they do not accept returns, they will keep part of your money and MAYBE will exchange it.You always have to beg, pay restocking fee to exchange it and they will NEVER issue refund, only store credit ( but their website says it at least) However they ignore me completely and pretend that some (non existing )manager will get back to me.I sold their first dress on Poshmark because I NEVER get to hear and the second one miraculously worked for me.This was third and last purchase with them- I hope they will get reported by CC companies and eventually move from the US- they stretch time to 14 days so you are eligible for return or exchange.Proof of purchase 9400136208143275171800 is a tracking number for my order.
