Based on my experience, the customer service does not honor their commitments. I spoke with the support team and was assured of an agreement during a promotional event, but they are now reneging on it. They seem to charge for even the smallest details, which is quite disheartening, especially considering they impose an $18 fee for returns that are only credited as store credit.
They will misplace your package and provide no updates. My shipment was missing for 2 weeks, and I only received information after persistently asking for 2 days. Their organization is lacking, and shipping updates are infrequent. I cannot recommend them, particularly given the high cost of their items.
I bought some shoes but had to return them because they didn't fit, and a $15 return fee was deducted from my refund. This seems quite unfair in today's market; I believe they are profiting enough not to charge customers like this. Additionally, the return process is slow; it has been nearly three weeks, and I still haven't received my money back.
I placed an order on November 19 because I needed it by December 10 at the latest. By December 2, I noticed DHL was returning the package to the sender. The provider didn’t include my house number, despite my providing all the correct details. Now, I’m sure I won’t receive my order on time. Great job meeting sales goals, but customer satisfaction is far more important!
I genuinely want to know who designs the dresses on this site because none are ready to wear. They lack basic styles like simple black dresses for Christmas, and the excessive embellishments are unappealing. This site feels reminiscent of outdated mall shops; a change is definitely needed.
I am truly disappointed with the service. My dress arrived damaged, and rather than offering a full refund and free return, which one would expect from a reputable provider, they only issued a partial refund of 30%! I won't be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend them if you care about quality and service.
I ordered an item and tried to return it after 9 days, but it continuously shows as unavailable for return despite meeting all conditions. I’ve reached out to customer support through various channels but haven’t heard back. Their customer service is terrible. They are not complying with consumer laws by ignoring their own terms and conditions, especially regarding the 14-day cooling-off period. Avoid at all costs!
