You cannot return, exchange, or even receive store credit for Final Sale items. These items are not clearly labeled, and there is no mention of this at checkout, despite their FAQs stating it should be. Now I am stuck with a dress that doesn’t fit and isn’t what I expected, which I wouldn’t have bought had I known about the return restrictions.
