I am extremely disappointed with the service. My dress arrived damaged, and instead of receiving a full refund and free return, they only offered a partial refund of 30%. I will not order again and cannot recommend them if you value quality and customer support.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SERVICE! They should clearly state that returns from the UK incur a fee of over £14. Instead, this information is hidden in small print on the returns page. The clothing quality is terrible and not worth the price!
