The returns process was frustrating, and I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I liked one of the dresses I bought, but I only wanted to return the other. I had trouble printing the return label and reaching out to customer service was a hassle. I finally managed to get the label printed but received no updates. This has been the worst service I’ve ever encountered.
