It took three weeks for the order to arrive. When returning one of the dresses, I discovered they charged a £15 return shipping fee from West Middleland to Egham via Royal Mail. Additionally, they refunded me the reduced sale price of the dress instead of the original amount I paid. As a result, I ended up losing £20 just for returning an item!This practice feels unfair and likely doesn't align with UK consumer rights regulations. Please be cautious!
