The item came damaged. It seems they used Velcro to attach canvas layers, and it was likely shipped before drying, resulting in misaligned pieces. I requested a refund, but was offered various smaller amounts instead of the full refund. They even suggested I use the offered amount to purchase glue to fix the artwork! I never received my refund and now have an expensive piece of art that I can't utilize. The customer service was disappointing. Proceed with caution!
