Review Time
The experience was incredibly frustrating. The product arrived poorly packed, prompting us to file a claim. We opted to use the cost along with additional funds for a new picture. After that, we spent weeks disputing the card payment with the ownership. The credit card company processed the payment again, yet we were told it was not received. This situation is simply unacceptable. There are plenty of other options available.
The item came damaged. It seems they used Velcro to attach canvas layers, and it was likely shipped before drying, resulting in misaligned pieces. I requested a refund, but was offered various smaller amounts instead of the full refund. They even suggested I use the offered amount to purchase glue to fix the artwork! I never received my refund and now have an expensive piece of art that I can't utilize. The customer service was disappointing. Proceed with caution!

The artwork matched the website perfectly -- it's beautiful! Initially, I requested a black frame but later switched to a gold one. They were very accommodating. I ordered from another company at the same time, and I'm still waiting for that shipment. The turnaround here was quite quick. I would definitely order again!
