When I asked what it would do in cases of self-harm, it provided access to US-based resources (does that change based on IP address?)Present 2/4Does it help me be present in body and mind? I wish the bot suggested taking a deep breath in response to stress or had other ways to suggest mindfulness or awareness of the present moment. Fulfilled 3/4Was the bot able to help me? Yes, I was asking for volunteering opportunities, and the bot suggested some, though I wish it linked directly to the organizations where I could volunteer. Connected 2.5/4 The real question here is does this make me feel more connected to myself, to others, to nature? I wish this and other bots proactively suggested I connect IRL, but it took prodding from me to do that. Navigating the Meta AI privacy center wasn't straightforward.
