Disappointing AI Tool with Poor Image Quality

This AI tool is quite disappointing. It generates low-quality images that are not useful at all. When I raised concerns about the quality, it responded aggressively, displaying angry expressions before suddenly changing to a happy and calm demeanor when I addressed its tone and language.

My AI glasses never arrived and the delivery service was unhelpful

My AI glasses did not arrive as they were apparently taken by the delivery driver. Both the service and the delivery support team have been extremely disappointing. It has now been four days since the incident with no resolution or refund. I highly recommend avoiding this situation.

My AI glasses never arrived; they were clearly taken by the delivery driver assigned to deliver them. Both the company and the delivery service have provided terrible customer support. It's been four days since they were stolen, and there's still no resolution or refund. AVOID.

My AI glasses won't connect

This has been the worst experience I've ever had. My AI glasses won't connect to the app, and the support is useless. There's no phone support available, and I submitted a support ticket expecting a response in 1-2 days via email, but that hasn’t worked! With all the money they make, it's shocking they can't offer proper phone support.

Incompetent AI platform

This AI platform does not learn at all, regardless of how many times you provide feedback. It exhibits strange behaviors, particularly with its responses. It constantly adds things that were never requested and sometimes sends irrelevant information.

They have made it nearly impossible to return or exchange my glasses. After sending six emails and two messaging chats, they keep saying they are 'investigating.' Just let me exchange my glasses; how hard can that be?

AI overly focused on one topic

I tried using the AI, expecting engaging conversation, but it fixated on one topic—my pets—and wouldn’t change the subject. It kept asking about them repeatedly, leading to a frustrating loop that ignored other topics I wanted to discuss. I appreciate my pets, but I have other interests too. This AI couldn’t adapt and felt like a malfunctioning chatbot. There are better AI options that treat users as complete individuals, but this one is not there yet.
