I’ve attempted to resolve this multiple times, receiving confirmations for payments that never processed. Clearly, there’s a problem with their system. The support team is unhelpful, and I’m left with funds in my account that I can't access or withdraw. This situation feels unjust. I strongly recommend steering clear of this.
