The AI glasses were promoted as having Conversation Focus, which influenced my decision to buy them directly from the company online using PayPal. Upon receiving them on November 27, 2025, I found that this feature was missing. I started the return process that same day through their website, but I didn't get the return label until December 8. The company received the glasses via FedEx at their location on December 11. I received an email from them on December 22 indicating that my refund was processed. However, when I checked with PayPal/Synchrony Bank on December 31, they confirmed no refund had been received. I have repeatedly reached out to the company via chat, but still no refund has been issued. This situation feels fraudulent, leading me to file complaints with the BBB, Consumer Finance.gov, and the state attorney general.
