Reaching a representative is nearly impossible. I have new headsets that stopped working simultaneously after being next to each other. Not only is there no way to connect with a person, but after completing all the necessary forms, it states that the headsets are not eligible for support. Additionally, I've attempted to reach out to business support due to numerous bugs in their advertisements that often prevent them from running, and I've faced the same issue of spending hours trying to speak with someone. Poor quality products and even worse service. I will never purchase another product from them.
