The coach delayed my request for another two months, ultimately stating that I couldn't receive a refund because I had attended a few sessions. In total, four months passed without resolution. Despite informing the service about this, I received no assistance. They claimed the refund policy does not allow for refunds since I had participated in some classes. To summarize, if a coach takes a two-month leave during ongoing classes, it seems this is not a violation of any terms. Additionally, if the coach stalls for two months without responding, that also appears to be acceptable. I felt compelled to continue with a coach who showed no commitment for four months, and when I requested a refund, he insisted on completing the remaining classes to avoid it. I can provide screenshots and proof of communication with the service and the coach, but ultimately, there was no resolution. I advise caution before purchasing any courses, as if a coach decides to leave, it becomes your problem, not theirs or the service's. Please be very careful!
