I notified the service that the coach was absent for two months due to medical issues. When he returned, I expressed my inability to continue and requested a refund. The coach delayed my request for another two months, ultimately stating that I couldn't receive a refund because I had attended a few sessions. In total, four months passed without resolution. Despite informing the service about this, I received no assistance. They claimed the refund policy does not allow for refunds since I had participated in some classes. To summarize, if a coach takes a two-month leave during ongoing classes, it seems this is not a violation of any terms. Additionally, if the coach stalls for two months without responding, that also appears to be acceptable. I felt compelled to continue with a coach who showed no commitment for four months, and when I requested a refund, he insisted on completing the remaining classes to avoid it. I can provide screenshots and proof of communication with the service and the coach, but ultimately, there was no resolution. I advise caution before purchasing any courses, as if a coach decides to leave, it becomes your problem, not theirs or the service's. Please be very careful!
I’ve used Metafy several times and everything has always gone perfectly smoothly. The booking process is quick and easy, and all my sessions were great. I had one small issue with an order once, but the support team responded within minutes and refunded me right away — super professional. can defo recommend
Couldn't work out a proper training session with a coach, so I decided to cancel the it altogether. Coach was a terrible communicator, but Metafy was great. They refunded my money almost instantly and communicated every step of the way. I appreciate the platform!
I've been a coach on the platform for about 5 years now. They have more tools and developed aspects for a coach than anywhere else in the world. They are constantly updating and bringing new powerful tools for me to use. The checkout and scheduling system is why I started using them and now their events, guides and entire system is why im still around. Not to mention that having a 3rd party between a customer makes things much easier if you run across any odd characters. My experience with metafy has been a 10/10, if you are looking for the next coaching platform. I strongly recommend using this one!
My review was taking a bit long since I had gotten a payment from someone I was coaching (to my belief, admittedly I wasn’t paying much attention.) but the moment I had made a discord ticket, Support was quick to answer and take action. I love that it’s your own personalized ticket that they all can respond to. ❤️
I have been Coaching for 5 years, almost 4 on Metafy. Initially I loved the site as it was straight forward and just made sense for both student and coach, but within the last year or so, the site took a turn for the worst imo. Feedback from my students saying that they have no idea how to navigate the site and I can echo that sentiment from my perspective as a coach. The UI is a completely overcomplicated mess.Today I cancelled my monthly 'PRO' subscription and am done with the site. I am grateful for the opportunity the site initially gave me but I think it has turned into everything bad about coaching, massive mass produced slop offered in 'patreon' style groups to pull in the most money, congrats to the guys doing it making that money farming kids but I don't believe in the predatory nature of the site. Taking a look at the RL section I can't help but feel the site has lost all integrity by having SpookLuke, a known scam artist who has ran coaching programs before and charged $1000s to students based on their income, on the site. I have coached his 'victims' personally. It's very predatory and at the end of the day I believe in giving my students valuable and unique insight 1 on 1, not mass produced slop aimed at scooping in as many people as possible to make the most money selling free info that you can get on YouTube.But guess what? He is flying on the site, it's as if it was made for him as it can be structured the same way he has scammed 100s of people before. Now, if your site follows the same structure as a professional scammer and allows them to flourish, you tell me if you think that's a site with integrity, something that you want to invest your money into?Take your money, and invest it into real authentic testimony backed 1 on 1 coaching with someone who actually cares about your improvement, not just a statistic to help them model their new program.
Hi, I've been a coach on Metafy since 2020/2021.The reason why I am still on Metafy is for four reasons:- Availability to earn revenue from coaching sessions, paid guides, events, subscriptions, etc.- *No fees on my side, a lot smaller fees on the student's side. Let's use Fiverr as an example; my hourly rate is $30. Since Fiverr has 20 % fees on my side, I had to bump my price to $35. I'd get $28 from an hour... but the best part of this is, the student would pay around $42. On Metafy, the student would pay around $32, and I'd get $30.- Metafy Devs are extremely friendly, open to discuss, and when you report something, it's dealt with quickly- Professionally looking website for gamers.
i booked a coaching like 2 months ago and asked for a refund cuz the coach wasnt responding. talked to support and two agents told me to contact the coach directly. i told them the coach still wasnt replying and it’s been a week but they wanted me to wait 2 more days!!! i’m giving this 3 stars only bc maki was the only one who agreed to refund me right away and didnt make me wait, but honestly i wanna give this 1 star cause the policy and the whole process suck.
