Horrible customer service. They will not help in any meaningful way.They just repeat the same crap over and over. I've been waiting over 25 days for a package to travel from the US to Canada. It's presently in Germany and they will do nothing about it. (It's been there for 10 days...)I've loved Metallica for over 35 years, but I will not support companies like this any longer.
