They just repeat the same crap over and over.

I've been waiting over 25 days for a package to travel from the US to Canada. It's presently in Germany and they will do nothing about it. (It's been there for 10 days...)

I've loved Metallica for over 35 years, but I will not support companies like this any longer.

Horrible Customer Support

I accidentally bought a completely overpriced poster and immediately tried to cancel the order. I submitted three support tickets, but I didn't receive confirmation for any of them, and the package was shipped anyway.

1st and last time

Well first i had to pay 301cdn in duty fees then they forgot my hat then they wanted me pay more duties if i wanted a replacement hat. Spent close to 700 after exchange rate. As a die hard fan for 37 years( im 37) im actually dissapointed and insulted a fan and 5th Memeber( metallica club name) im never purchasing from their again!

I purchased a hoodie from the Metallica and I feel completely ripped off

I purchased a hoodie from the Metallica Merchandise Store on Metallica’s official website, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. For something advertised as official merchandise, there is absolutely nothing distinguishing it from a cheap knockoff—no internal tag, label, or anything that shows it came from Metallica’s Merchandise Store. It honestly feels like something I could have bought from a street vendor outside the concert.To make matters worse, I came across another Metallica jacket at H&M that not only looks far better but also has a much higher-quality finish—and for the same price.When I decided to return the hoodie, I was shocked to learn that I had to cover the cost of shipping it back. The return shipping cost turned out to be just as much as I paid for the poorly made hoodie itself!This entire experience has been frustrating, and I feel completely ripped off. I can’t recommend buying anything from the official Metallica website. The quality doesn’t match the price, and the return policy just adds insult to injury.

Poor quality

I ordered a Metallica shirt for my grandson. I did receive prompt shipping. However I was very disappointed by the quality of the shirt. It has no tags and is made n Mexico (you can barely read the writing inside). The shirt is so thin it is almost transparent. on their website they say they would love to hear from you but no way to email or contact.

Lost Christmas

I ordered and paid for 4 shirts on 12/1/20. On 12/14/20, they sent me an email stating that the shirts were shipped. They were not shipped. It is now 12/24/20 and they still have not been shipped. They were my son's main Christmas present. I will never order from this store again. They ruined my Christmas. Do NOT order from these people.
