I’m giving one star only because I can’t give zero stars. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced despite frequently receiving deliveries. The initial delivery date was set for the 14th, but then I was informed it would be the 15th. I waited all day and nothing arrived. Then I was told delivery would be on the 19th. I waited again, and still nothing. Finally, I got a message saying delivery would happen on the 23rd between 15:00-21:00, but they showed up at 12:00. Contacting them is impossible—there’s no phone number, a useless chatbot, and an unresponsive email. I wouldn’t wish this delivery service on anyone; no one deserves this.
