I’m giving one star only because I can’t give zero stars. This is the worst service I have ever experienced, and I receive many deliveries. The initial delivery date was set for the 14th, but I received an email stating it would be delayed to the 15th. I spent the entire day waiting, and nothing arrived. Then, I got another message saying delivery would be on the 19th. I waited all day again, but still nothing. Finally, they told me delivery would be on the 23rd between 15:00 and 21:00. They showed up at 12:00 instead. It's nearly impossible to reach them—there's no phone number, a frustrating chatbot, and an email that goes unanswered. I wouldn’t wish this delivery service on anyone; no one deserves this experience.

I am very satisfied with this courier. While it took a few days longer than typical deliveries, the couriers were friendly and helpful, placing my heavy packages exactly where I requested, up a long flight of stairs. I couldn’t be happier and would gladly use their service again.
It’s unbelievable that such a poor delivery service is still operating. Avoid any company that uses their services; they should be out of business. You can count on your product not being delivered on time, and the most frustrating part is their lack of contact options—they only have a useless chatbot. If you’re in e-commerce, stay away from them; they are extremely unprofessional.
Disappointing service. I can't believe a reputable company would partner with such a service. There’s no software to provide a time estimate—just a 12-hour window. Then, at 08:30, they called to say they couldn’t deliver after making no effort to actually deliver while I waited. Truly shocking.
They don’t deliver when they say they will and don’t update the delivery page with new times. There’s no contact information or support—just a limited chatbot that is ineffective. I’ve received no updates from them and still no delivery. It’s incredible how this company continues to operate.
