If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I ordered my items 6 weeks ago, I have emailed them many times but get fobbed off with apologies and reassurances that do not amount to anything. The tracking they provide does not work but mentions China. Today after a 6 week wait I have received an email saying that they have received my order and are about to ship; I was emailed the same thing 6 weeks ago. I requested a refund 2 weeks ago but was told that they could not refund as the items have been shipped. Terrible service. Would not use them again. Edited to add that in response to their published response to this I have emailed them regarding the full refund that they offered and have not had a reply. ALSO £54.76 was taken from my bank 10th October for the order made 7th October. I did not agree to any subscriptions or reorders and 18th November they took another £54.76 from the same bank card. I have just raised this with my bank. I have emailed them many many times, including three times today and no reply. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. COMPLETE SCAM.
