Order placed in early December, still no delivery by January 2

I placed my order in early December, and as of January 2, I have not received anything. I received emails indicating that the shipping service is having difficulties with deliveries. Fortunately, since I paid through a secure method, my money was refunded. They are currently looking into this company due to their payment approval.

Avoid this service at all costs.

This service feels like a complete scam. The responses from customer support are entirely generic and provide no assistance regarding my order, which I placed a month ago. There's no indication that my order will be fulfilled. I strongly advise against ordering from them.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, just like others have mentioned, I was charged for an additional order I did not want or approve. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one, plus I still haven't received my original order from 8 weeks ago. Complete scam!

Extremely disappointed!

Ordered 6 weeks ago and still haven't received my original order, plus I noticed another 3 bottles were charged to my account. I requested refunds but have not heard back. I previously spoke to a representative who was apologetic. I removed my payment details and canceled my subscription, hoping that works. I also received an email response from another representative claiming to have canceled my account. As a senior on a limited income, these unexpected $70 charges are a huge burden. I wish I had used a credit card to dispute these charges. This company needs to be shut down quickly. I've already lost $140 and can't seem to stop them from charging me more.

Deceptive practices

Deceptive practices. The website claimed products were made in the USA, but my order shipped from an international location. After placing my order, I noticed a significantly higher charge on my account. I tried to cancel immediately, but it was too late as it had already shipped. Weeks later, I received a notification that it was shipped from a different country! I cannot trust this company.

If I could rate zero, I would. I ordered a product during a promotion, ensuring I did not sign up for any subscription due to my fixed income. The original order took over 3 weeks to arrive, and their tracking system is useless. After finally receiving my order, I received another charge for a product I never authorized. I don't need more when I just received three months' worth! Now I have to figure out how to manage my finances. I highly advise against ordering from this company, which claims to be based in the US but is not. They have no customer support available.
