The handwash pump failed. Initially, I received responses to my emails asking for various details, but after providing them, I was asked for more information. Eventually, they just thanked me for my assistance. I ended up wasting a bottle and my time. I'm not impressed as I usually purchase many products from this brand. Time to consider alternatives. Update: They emailed me a complicated link to refund £4 in 2-3 weeks. I won't bother; a simple voucher would have sufficed and saved me time.
