MY SON IS AUTISTIC AND A GERMOPHOBE. WE DISCOVERED A BRAND THAT OFFERS PRODUCTS THAT MEET OUR NEEDS. WE LOVE THE SCENTS OF PEACH, RHUBARB, ORANGE, AND GRAPEFRUIT. I PREVIOUSLY GAVE A 5-STAR REVIEW BUT AM NOW DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SCENT. WE'VE LOST THE "HEAVENLY" AROMA AND SEEM TO HAVE GAINED SOMETHING ELSE. I OFTEN HAVE TROUBLE WITH QR CODES AND AM AT A DISADVANTAGE BUT NOT THIS TIME. LIKE ALL PRODUCTS FROM THIS BRAND, IT'S SUPER GENTLE. MY SON IS USUALLY CALMED BY SPRAYING IT ON HIS CLOTHES, BUT THIS SCENT IRRITATES HIM. THE CLEANING MIST IS STILL EFFECTIVE IN MY EXPERIENCE. THIS BRAND IS UNIQUE, GENTLE, AND EFFECTIVE. I WOULD LOVE STRONGER SCENTS LIKE JASMINE OR HUCKLEBERRIES TO CALM NEURODIVERSE MINDS. WITH A BIT OF CREATIVITY, WE CAN ACHIEVE GREAT THINGS WHILE ENJOYING PLEASANT SCENTS. MY SON "WEARS A RAINBOW" ON HIS LANYARD AND USUALLY "SMELLS LIKE SUNSHINE" WHEN WE USE ORANGE, PEACH, OR GRAPEFRUIT, BUT THIS SCENT DOES NOT DELIVER THAT EXPERIENCE.
We truly enjoy the products from this brand! The shower cleaner has been a favorite for a long time, and we've recently switched to their laundry detergents and kitchen cleaners as well. Everything smells fantastic and works wonderfully — cleaning has never felt so refreshing! Highly recommend!
Every so often, you find a brand that resonates with you. I've recently embraced the offerings from this brand and I'm truly impressed. Their products perform well, are well-branded, have a green ethos, and are not tested on animals. I was thrilled to find a wood cleaner that doesn’t have an overwhelming floral scent. The almond floor cleaner is fantastic and seems to cater to a more masculine preference. Please don’t discontinue it; I’d rather not have to cover my floors! It's brilliant, and I have little else to add.
The handwash pump failed. Initially, I received responses to my emails asking for various details, but after providing them, I was asked for more information. Eventually, they just thanked me for my assistance. I ended up wasting a bottle and my time. I'm not impressed as I usually purchase many products from this brand. Time to consider alternatives. Update: They emailed me a complicated link to refund £4 in 2-3 weeks. I won't bother; a simple voucher would have sufficed and saved me time.
