Good luck if a relative of yours dies & they have life insurance with these jokers. Impossible to deal with. Constantly delay paying out on the policy. Slow & do everything possible to grind you down. I cannot think of a single positive. Avoid at all cost. My relative died over a month ago. We’ve had the funeral which I have had to pay for myself. Still no insurance money from MetLife. Absolute chancers.
