Hidden costs and terrible customer service for replacements.

I had a very disappointing experience. My original order (#D824) was lost. They sent a replacement via FedEx without warning me about the excessive administrative fees. I ended up paying $110 USD in local fees (75% of the product's value!) for a mistake made by MetMo. I’ve been emailing them for over a week with the receipt attached and they have completely ignored my request for a refund of these fees. They do not care about their international customers.
