Disgraceful company & behavior of employees!! BEWARE!!Delay after delay after delay, fine its a Kickstarter project and corona times, I get it....However once my item was shipped to my country the tracking showed there was an issue with the labelling and the item was being returned to sender. Not my fault and out of my control as I am not the customer of the postal service so unable to make a claim or chase things.I then contacted the guys via kickstarter and facebook asking for a replacement to be sent (they can see tracking and that what was send is being returned to them) asap as my payment protection is running out on the purchase with my CC. To my utter shock I was sent a message saying my pledge has been refunded and I was blocked from sending further messages on FB and also on Kickstarter as I am no longer listed as a backer.No company should be acting in such a manner regardless of the situation. It's a shame their first TP review is so negative when they seemingly make a good product but fail in the worst way when it comes to customer service and support.I will soon start sharing this review across all my social networks and forums warning potential backers away from this shameful establishment.
