Unbelievably that they say they have a customer service person employed here. Honestly the help I got could have been added on their answering machine, ‘send us an email’ was the response to all questions. And to top that off there is no governance to say when they will respond by. You know who you are lady, I’ll not say your name and be nice but really, check the job spec! The best one was, she asked if she could help with anything else…. You didn’t help in the first place love ….Totally and utterly useless. I would give them no star if this platform allowed!
