I wish I could rate them lower than one star! How is it possible that this company continues to operate like this? Based on the comments I've seen, no one has anything positive to say about their experience, and mine is no different. Two weeks after receiving the same fine as others, I got a threatening message from a different company demanding immediate payment, warning that it could impact my credit score and driving record. I reached out to contest the fine and inquire about a possible GDPR violation, but all I received was another demand for payment. I intend to escalate this issue. It would be helpful to hear if anyone has successfully appealed their cases.
In my view, this organization functions like a total scam, using intimidating legal-sounding letters to coerce individuals into making payments. It's absurd to issue a charge for a disabled individual using a disabled bay for just five minutes without even stepping out of the vehicle. I hope my £60 'contribution' truly supports this year's holiday party. Honestly, it's shameful for anyone to feel comfortable working for a company that treats people in such a manner.
Honestly, I wouldn’t even assign this company a single star! They behave like bullies! My partner received a fine for parking in a disabled bay, even though we displayed a blue badge. This incident occurred in August 2025, but we only got the final demand letter today! They sent previous notices to our old address and then sent the final demand to my current address. They've been rude over the phone, interrupting and dismissing my partner. When he tried to speak up, the representative claimed he was terminating the call due to his 'aggression.' It's laughable! We won't be paying, as we did nothing wrong. Go ahead with your threats; we'll see you in court. :) 🖕🖕
Update: it turns out the parking fine wasn't for the mid-stay car park. It was for parking at a fast-food restaurant for 36 minutes. I apparently parked in a space for a coffee shop, but I didn't see any signs indicating this. The company's practices are unethical, and I'm not paying the fine. Previously, I researched parking options and found it free for up to an hour at the mid-stay car park. The barrier opened automatically when I left in under an hour, yet I received a fine stating I was there for 36 minutes, well within the limit. They likely do this regularly to collect payments. I will appeal, but the stress is unwelcome.
This system is clearly intended to extract money from individuals; the signage on-site is extremely poor. Upon further investigation, I learned that someone was fined for visiting a coffee shop. We used a fast-food restaurant and were told that only the coffee shop is permitted a one-hour stay. Regardless of what you say, they will consistently reject appeals—it's absolutely outrageous.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Avoid this parking service — a disgraceful example of exploiting drivers. If you're a weary driver stopping quickly at a service area, beware. They have turned rest stops into traps for unsuspecting individuals. I received a £60 'parking charge notice' for a 17-minute stay, quickly raised to £100. Their appeals process is a mere formality; they depend on exploiting ordinary motorists. This is predatory profiteering disguised as parking management. Fellow drivers, avoid any services operated by this company. If you receive a charge, appeal it!
To Whom It May Concern, I am responding to your notice alleging a parking time breach at a fast-food restaurant. It's crucial to note that private parking companies lack the legal authority to impose fines. The notice you provided is essentially an invoice, a civil matter. While some restrictions are necessary, this particular location is isolated with no nearby amenities. Charging £60 for a 36-minute overstay is unreasonable. Furthermore, there was no clearly communicated time limit for customers. Penalizing genuine customers undermines the establishment's reputation. I formally appeal this charge and request its cancellation.
