I left my phone on the no 1 bus in Broadfield,Crawley today. I was in a panic as I'd not only lost my phone but my bank card and my bus card as well. I rang it to see if someone answered it. It was answered by Phil who explained it had been found on the bus and was now in the customer service office. I had to go to work and the office would be shut by time i finished and would have needed to walk from Broadfield to get there as had no money or another bank card. Phil was so patient kind and helpful listening to me trying to work out when I could come and get it . He then went above and beyond his duty of customer service/care and offered to bring it to me at my workplace after he finished work. Not many people would still be providing customer service to their customers in their own time. I am so grateful to him for doing this for me today as I struggle with walking for too long. He is a credit to metro bus and I hope he will be given some recognition from the company for his exceptional customer service given to me today. Thank you so much Phil
