I could not thank the customer service team enough at the MetroCentre today. We had an awful issue with our MetroCentre voucher which would not be accepted at a restaurant. Gemma supported us and even came back to the restaurant to help us running checks and chatting the the service team. They really went above and beyond for us. The issue was resolved and we cannot thank Gemma, Vanessa and the team enough.
