been going to the metrocentre since i was a kid , i recently went to gala bingo as a change from using the sunderland branch . i really enjoyed my time there . a month down the line i received a parking ticket for £100 , stating i have failed to respond to the first letter they sent so my charge had been increased !just to clarify you use the biggest scumbags in the world as a parking firm , i did not receive any FIRST letter at all ! you know exactly what you have done ! management didnt want to know and clearly the parking company lie and say they did send a letter !gala bingo did not inform me of any time limited stays either . between the three companies you have completely conned me , a life long customer . i suffer with severe mental health issues and anxiety and defo will not be going back ever again . scum
