Frustrated with Customer Care

Extremely disappointing experience with customer care. I've been waiting two weeks for a technician to resolve my connectivity issue, leaving me without WiFi for an unacceptable time. Support has been unresponsive, and the local manager has not followed up on my queries. The lack of customer satisfaction is staggering. If you consider their other reviews, you'll see I'm not alone in this experience. They need serious improvements in customer service and technical support.
