On March 28, we paid online for parking during a concert in New Orleans. When the concert was over, it was around 11 PM. We tried to exit the parking garage, but the gate would not raise and let us out. Luckily, we had our phones and called the number listed at the gate. The operator asked for proof that we had paid and our plate number. She raised the gate for us about 20 minutes later. If there had been a medical emergency, no one could have gotten into or out of the garage. I received a text message the next morning that included a bill for parking.
