We parked a rental vehicle in a Metropolis lot in NY. 2 months later the rental vehicle was parked by another user in TN and the company processed payment on our debit card. When we contacted the company they said they would not refund us because our card is linked to this rental vehicle. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
