I reached out to the service at 8:30pm for a blocked toilet and was told to expect a 4-hour wait. This was marked as urgent, and I was charged a night fee. Had we known the true delay, we would have opted for a local contractor. Instead, the estimated arrival time kept extending without clear updates, leaving us waiting all night. We lost sleep and I missed a full day of work because we were repeatedly told someone was 'on the way.' The technician finally arrived at 2:00pm the next day—about 14 hours later. Even though it was a daytime visit, we were still charged the night rate, with no refund or adjustment offered. Poor communication, unmet promises, and misleading charges. This is not how an emergency service should operate. I would not use them again and cannot recommend them.
