I contacted the service at 8:30pm about a blocked toilet and was told there would be a 4-hour wait. This was categorized as urgent, and I was charged a night fee. If we had received accurate information about the delay, we would have chosen a local contractor. The ETA kept getting pushed back without proper updates, resulting in an overnight wait. We lost sleep, and I missed a whole day of work due to repeated assurances that someone was 'on the way.' The technician finally arrived at 2:00pm the next day—around 14 hours later. Even though it was during the day, we were still charged the night rate, with no refund or adjustment offered. The communication was poor, commitments were missed, and the billing was misleading. This is not how an emergency service should operate. I will not consider using them again and cannot recommend them.
