If I could give zero stars, I would. The entire experience has been disappointing. I don’t understand why a major retailer continues to use this service. I received an email about my delivery but no time frame. The drivers only called once they were already parked outside. The lack of communication and professionalism is shocking. They need to seriously improve their processes.
