The service refused to deliver due to unsafe conditions, citing only a small amount of snow. Their dispatch was quite rude, and I was told that without an alternative address, my order would be canceled. It’s winter in Canada! I doubt this company can sustain itself with such practices.

They need to seriously improve their processes.
