The team actually turned up to finish an on going job today two guys Jason T and Muhammad nice and early had to locate parts job done but they found the drain was now blocked and they were not able to do that as they were plumbers not drainage would have to get the other half of the company out via British Gas who now want me to pay a third call out fee for the same job.n going to happen as it was an existing job Dyno Eng said so you should not have to pay again So now British Gas will not do the job unless I pay another £60 so awaiting a call back tomorrow to try and sort this out. The Dyno guys were very pleasant and dis a good job so issues with them and have to have the scaffold up another week as they are unable to gain access next week. Come on British Gas get this sorted out it’s been almost 8 weeks to get to this stage and 2 call out fee,s for the same job no offer of any compensation for the on going problem as one team does not talk to the other not Happy and out of pocket being an OAP
