I noticed immediately that my payment account had the wrong address. I emailed the company right away to fix the issue, but received no response, and the order shipped regardless. Days later, they told me they couldn't change the address but I could cancel. Meanwhile, I was charged multiple times by the shipping service to correct the address, only to find out it was impossible. Now, when I try to cancel the order, the automated system on their website states it can't be done! I'm left with nearly $100 in products going to the wrong address, and there was no solution provided. Very disappointing customer service.
