I placed an order on October 26th, initially informed it would ship within 3–5 business days. However, weeks went by without any updates, and each time I reached out to the support team, I received a new excuse or an extended timeline. Eventually, they mentioned the item might be ready around December 13th, which is far beyond the promised timeframe. When I opted to cancel the order, instead of handling a standard refund, they offered a gift card, a partial refund, or a full refund minus a 5% fee. None of these options are acceptable given that the delays were entirely their fault. The entire experience felt unprofessional, misleading, and frustrating. I still have not received a full refund, and the responses from customer service seemed more like attempts to avoid processing it. I would not suggest ordering from this platform unless you are ready for significant delays, vague communication, and complicated refund policies.
