I ordered the dress 2 months prior for a gala, theme was 50th "Gold" year. This was the best dress for it! I emailed and touched base with customer service, they were on top of the order and was able to give me an approximate delivery, I received the dress within 7 weeks, just in time before the gala and minor tailoring, needed a clasp at the top (my recommendation for this dress to Mew Mews). This dress was made to order. Arrived in prestine condition! Like previous review, the dress is comfortable. The triangles under the armpit were slightly poking, but tolerable. Not painful at all. The dress arrived a bit longer for adjust ment flexibility, I just cut the length myself a few inches. Did not need a tailor for it! "Each metal triangle comes with plastic covering that takes some TIME to take off. So make sure you save time for that. It was very elegant and surprisingly light to wear. The gold pieces can be bent backwards." I didnt peel the plastic pieces off, and it was still shiny and stunning. However, by the end of the evening after dancing and moving around, there was some clear plastic covering separating. Not a big deal at all. No one even noticed! People I didnt know wanted to come up to talk and feel the dress! Definitely a stunning and comfortable dress!
Awesome customer service and a beautiful dress. I ordered my dress and it came was tight on my upper body so I emailed them and they responded so fast and offered me three great choices including return and non-return both had options. I selected the non-return option to get a partial gift card to order another dress on their website in the future. I was very thrilled 😊. So I ordered the same dress in a bigger size and when delivered it fit me like a glove. Would buy more from them. Thank you!
I absolutely love my outfits! No one stands out like I do when I wear them. They fit perfectly and highlight the figure I've worked so hard for! I enjoy browsing on the platform and imagining all the places I'll wear my looks. Thank you for providing such unique styles!
I am extremely dissatisfied with this platform. The items I received were of terrible quality: the shoes were covered in glue, and the dress looked nothing like the images online. The sizing is also completely off. Everything feels like it should cost at least ten times less than what I paid. Moreover, I cannot return the items. The support team either does not respond or only offers to refund a small portion of the purchase price. This is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this platform.
I placed an order on October 26th, initially informed it would ship within 3–5 business days. However, weeks went by without any updates, and each time I reached out to the support team, I received a new excuse or an extended timeline. Eventually, they mentioned the item might be ready around December 13th, which is far beyond the promised timeframe. When I opted to cancel the order, instead of handling a standard refund, they offered a gift card, a partial refund, or a full refund minus a 5% fee. None of these options are acceptable given that the delays were entirely their fault. The entire experience felt unprofessional, misleading, and frustrating. I still have not received a full refund, and the responses from customer service seemed more like attempts to avoid processing it. I would not suggest ordering from this platform unless you are ready for significant delays, vague communication, and complicated refund policies.
