Ignored requests: I contacted customer service multiple times to use the correct invoicing address, separate from shipping. They ignored this request and used the shipping address instead, which caused major accounting issues. Refusal to cancel: After their failure to correct the address, I requested a cancellation and refund, but they sent the order anyway. I have email records to support this.
