The delivery estimate given before purchase stated 2 working days. However, after placing my order and reaching out via email, I was told it would take at least 10 working days. The couriers are dreadful. The package arrived damaged, the courier did not speak any local language, and was quite rude. Customer service from the company is nearly non-existent.

I cannot recommend this shop. The website claims delivery within 2 days, yet after 30 days, my order still hasn't arrived. Customer support does not answer the phone, and they never responded to my inquiries. A very poor experience. I will not order from this shop again.

Faulty website and invoicing: The site has a technical flaw that prevents correct entry of business invoicing details. Ignored requests: I contacted customer service multiple times to use the correct invoicing address, separate from shipping. They ignored this request and used the shipping address instead, which caused major accounting issues. Refusal to cancel: After their failure to correct the address, I requested a cancellation and refund, but they sent the order anyway. I have email records to support this. This shows a severe lack of commitment to customer needs. Having faced minor issues before, I will not return to shop here. Buyers should be cautious.
