Their website is malfunctioning and does not allow entry of business invoicing details. After requesting customer service twice to use the correct address, they flatly refused and used the shipping address instead. When I asked for a cancellation and refund, they sent the order anyway. I have emails to confirm this. Previously, I had some issues with them as well. I will not return.
