Extremely poor customer support. I placed an order three weeks ago, and the status still shows as 'new' despite it being a 'buy now' item that should have shipped immediately according to the company's website. I reached out via email and received a generic response thanking me for my patience and assuring me they would ship as soon as possible. After following up a week later, I got the same generic reply, and again for the third time. There's a complete lack of respect for customers, as they do not communicate updates before purchases. There’s no way to contact them by phone, and my emails are now being ignored. Additionally, the product is non-refundable. I do not recommend this store to anyone.
