My experience with customer support has been incredibly disappointing. I placed an order three weeks ago, and the status remains unchanged at 'new,' even though it was a 'buy now' item that should have shipped immediately according to their site. I reached out via email and received a generic response thanking me for my patience and assuring me they would ship as soon as possible. After following up a week later, I received the same unhelpful reply again, and a third time as well. This shows a complete disregard for customers, as they fail to communicate any updates prior to purchase. There’s no phone contact available, and my emails are now being ignored. Additionally, the product is non-refundable. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

I’ve ordered three figures from them, and each took over two months to ship. They take your money and keep it while your item 'processes' for months. They occasionally respond to emails, but expect a two-week wait and a standard reply about 'backed up orders' every time. No updates, no dates, no explanations, and no assistance. They might offer a refund, which I accepted once, so after months you might get your money back but not the figure, and if you’re outside the country, expect to lose money on the exchange rate. If you can avoid it, order from anywhere else. Even ordering from overseas would likely be faster. That said, their figures are great if you ever receive them, but dealing with them is incredibly frustrating. Skip and order from elsewhere.
I’ve been a big fan for a while, and while their products are worth the wait, sometimes delivery takes longer than expected. Fortunately, my latest order arrived, and when I reached out for a shipping update, the support team was very helpful and informed me it would be arriving soon. I guess I was lucky this time! Overall, I’m still impressed with the quality and detail they deliver. Always worth the wait!
I joined the waiting list for a collector's edition box set. As soon as it became available, I purchased it. After a few weeks of no updates on my order, I emailed for an estimate on when I could expect my items. I received a reply stating they couldn't even provide an estimate for shipping. Keep in mind the item was in stock and still is. After waiting three to four weeks, I canceled the order. They didn’t attempt to assist me; they just offered a refund.
I purchased two sets of a specific collection, including a vehicle and four figures, but it took ages for them to ship. When it finally arrived, I only received one set. The phone support was useless, just automated messages that provided no assistance. I emailed on January 24 and received a response five days later with no follow-up. When I inquired again, they said they would send it out ASAP on February 5th, but after waiting and following up on February 14, I was told to be patient. Over a month later, I reached out again on March 21st, and they said they were 'actively working' on it but offered to issue a refund. After waiting another month, I requested the refund since it had been over three months of dealing with poor customer service. After 12 days of no response, I had to email them again. This company wastes your time and money. If you decide to buy from them, use a payment method that allows you to file a claim.
I’ve admired their remarkable work for years; they're unmatched in their field. I recently discovered that their customer service is just as exceptional. I had an order that failed to process due to a credit card issue, but the customer service team recognized the problem and re-entered my order, ensuring it shipped promptly without going on back order. I challenge anyone to find a more dedicated team to customer satisfaction. Thank you so much; you’ve gained a loyal fan!
