I had pre booked and payed 2 lanes for 2 games for my son at mfabowl in Bloxwich but after getting home the was a price difference what I was told to what they changed me. But unfortunately most of his friends couldn't make it due to being just after xmas. So went to the alley to reduce the numbers down. To 2 games for 1 lane but the manager said that I wouldn't be able to get the over paid money back. So had adviced me to have the party pack and a extra game which would balance the money out. But was told by a member of staff that we was only booked in for the party pack which was only 1 game. Went to the party the staff was over worked tbf. They had 3 staff to run the lanes, bar and restaurant aswell, even tho all the lanes was booked up. I worked it out that I was over charged by £30 so I spoke to a manger on duty and he said that they had no direct phone number to contact head office and we should write to them for a refund but 3 weeks on there is still no sign of a refund. Proper well disappointed with them, used to go there all the time when I was a child but won't go there in future will go a little bit further to the next bowl alley.
